2. Send us clear reference photos of your pet via Etsy message — ideally including front, side, and back views. The more angles, the better the result.
3. We will begin crafting your piece in the order it was received. You’ll receive a final photo for approval before shipping.
4. If needed, we offer 3–5 free rounds of revisions. These are designed to ensure customer satisfaction, but we ask for mutual understanding and avoid excessive, unreasonable changes.
⏳ Production Timeline
Due to the trusted quality and reputation of our work, our shop receives a consistently high volume of orders. While occasional low-volume periods may allow for faster turnaround (1–2 weeks), most pieces require 1–4 weeks to complete. All orders are carefully handmade in sequence.
🚚 Shipping Time
After you approve the final photos, your item will be shipped within 3–5 business days. We only ship after approval to avoid unnecessary returns and minimize waste — a small effort toward a more sustainable world.
🔁 Return & Refund Policy
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note: since each item is custom-made and approved by the buyer prior to shipping, only 30% of the original price is refundable upon return.
In the rare event that your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving the package and provide clear photos of the damage. All parcels are insured, and eligible claims may be processed depending on the extent of the damage. Unfortunately, we cannot offer compensation if you miss this time window, as our shipping insurance requires prompt reporting.
